  minimus, you have a valid point that not being identified here makes it easier to say exactly what you want with no repurcussions.

  jws, you say you have to be out there looking to find this info or it doesn't affect you. my point all along is that a person is likely on the way out anyway to look for answers on the net. anyone on the fence could go either way, most likely here as it offers the path of least resistance. a true witness has no need to look here as they are not questioning their faith.

  the net sure does offer a good place for exjws as this site shows. birds of a feather and all. but i doubt many are here because of learning anything on the net that they wouldn't have come to believe anyway.

  just my thoughts,

  it's kind of hard to love and trust someone who will off thousands of persons merely because they bitched becaused they were bored of bread...and that's just for starters.. .

  i tried to rationalize it as jw saying, "well, we are jehovah's possessions, he created us and, by killing us, he is just reclaiming what is his.".

  that is not a very firm foundation for true love.

  i've been away for the weekend. just caught up on the subject we were discussing. it seems since your original post that you have taken a stand against Jehovah even while saying you don't understand Him? on this site you have lots of company so i'll take it that your question was rhetorical. doesn't look like you are open for discussion so will take my leave. as for micheal saying if my good deeds will be remembered by Jehovah then everyone has a chance, how would you know? you know nothing about me. a bit lame of you, micheal. gopher, your thoughts of a decent discussion are obviously a pipe dream on this forum. brummie, you changed the subject to suit you and basicly avoided the original issue. i know you didn't post here, scubby, but get off the fence!

  All who follow God's instructions are going to be remembered in the new system. Most who will be resurrected will have no idea of who Jehovah is and will be taught and given a chance to live forever.

  Sorry i didn't answer sooner. I have a sure hope that Jehovah will remember my good deeds and i have a sure expectation of living in the restored paradise earth. It is a bible promise we can all have fulfilled.
